Spelling Practice

Hi everyone! I've been looking at the various ideas out there in blogland for practicing spelling but none of them quite worked for me. I needed ten words, as our first graders learn ten spelling words weekly. So I played with the various formats and came up with what I HOPE will work. As always, I hope you will find this useful!

We are getting into the "groove" of things - the first graders are settling in and I have my parent volunteer meeting tomorrow. I'm hopeful that I'll have lots of wonderful help this year! Have you started your parent volunteering yet? What kind of things do you ask your volunteers to do?
